Dance Macon was created with funds received from the Community Foundation of Central Georgia's Downtown Challenge Grant.
The goal of this project is to use dance to educate people about Macon’s history, build the local audience in the urban core, and program downtown’s social life. The sites included in Dance Macon are Beall’s Hill Neighborhood Pedestrian Bridge, the Terminal Station & Amerson River Park, 5th Street, and the Ruth Hartley Mosley Memorial Women's Center.
